SELLER SUPPORT

Opening a store on STYLEBEEP is FREE.

NO monthly fees, NO subscriptions and NO listing fees.

We only take 10% transaction fee of the sale prices after 3 months of your subscription.

 

To create a new, vendor account on STYLEBEEP , follow the instructions below:

1. Create a new account here and make sure to check “I am vendor”

2. Fill out the necessary form (email address, first name, last name, password, shop name, shop URL, telephone). You cannot end the process before filling in the required information in the form. You may change this information later on from your seller dashboard.

3.  Agree to our Terms & Conditions,  Privacy Policy and Transaction Services.

4. Click on “Register”.

5. Verification email will be sent to your registered email. Click on the link inside the email to verify your vendor account.

 

STYLEBEEP  is an online fashion marketplace where professional sellers can sell fashion items to anyone. Items that allow to sell is including clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, beauty product for both women or men.

STYLEBEEP  is also allow seller to sell kids/toddlers clothing, shoes, accessories as well.

REGISTER

Register as a seller. If you are already registered as a user, upgrade your account to become a seller and set up your store

LIST PRODUCTS

List your products, set your shipping and payment preferences and drive traffic to your store by sharing your products and store with your social networks

ACCEPT ORDERS

Accept orders and payments online. You will be notified by email of every sale. Go to your dashboard to see order details and fullfil your order.

RECEIVE FEEDBACK

After fulfilling the order encourage your customers to leave a review to boost your profile. Receive feedback and connect with your customers.

Our dedicated team manage what products and sellers are featured on our home page and dedicated featured page. If you have a product you would like to feature then please apply here:

To ensure your product has the best chance of being featured ensure:

Your product has high quality images.
Your products contains detailed description of its features and benefits.
Your store and profile details are fully completed.
You have a minimum of 5 products listed on Stylebeep

You can setup/configure your own shipping method and packaging options for local or overseas under your store settings in your seller dashboard.

 

We currently accept Bank Transfer, PayPal and Stripe.

If buyers pay by bank transfer. We will deposit to your bank account once the product has been delivered to the buyer.

If buyers pay with their credit or debit card or PayPal account, you receive the funds to your PayPal or Stripe account after the product has delivered. We encourage our sellers to open a Stripe account to start accepting Credit Card Payment.

Please login to vendor dashboard and check that you have enabled shipping for the particular product. To enable shipping go to your seller dashboard > settings > shipping.

You may also want to check the product listing to see that you have set a delivery charge for this particular product.

A product that has more than one option is called a variable product. When listing a product you need to select the “Variable Product” on the product listing page and make it available to customers.

If you see that your product has been removed or banned, this is likely due to a violation of our Prohibited Items List. Please refer to Section 3) under Term of Service.

 

PAYMENT

All prices on the Site are displayed in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

When you come to pay for your order, you’ll be charged in the Singapore Dollar (SGD). If your payment card is registered with a different currency to the one you’re purchasing in, then your bank will convert the price using their exchange rate

STYLEBEEP SG online fashion marketplace protect user money in two ways. When paying online, buyer’s details are protected by SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available for now). Also, we keep buyer’s money on our transaction account safe and secure, as long as the package reaches costumer’s address in satisfactory conditions and in reasonable time.

  • For Buyers

Pay securely with your credit cards, such as VISA, VISA ELECTRON, VISA INTERNET, VISA VERIFIED, MASTER CARD, DEBIT CARD, DINERS CARD, DISCOVER and wire transfer via banks, without exposing your details. When paying online, your details are protected by SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available for now).

  • For Sellers

STYLEBEEP SG verifies the credit card details for every transaction. You will only be asked to ship the order ( via email ) after we confirm payment is received

To pay for your order, please follow these three steps:

1.Click the “ADD TO CART” icon or “BUY NOW” on the product detail page ;

2.Provide all the necessary information on the checkout page ;

3.Then, choose your preferred payment method on the checkout page

NOTE: Please note that we supports Paypal with credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, VISA INTERNET, VISA VERIFIED, MASTER CARD, DEBIT CARD, DINERS, DISCOVER) and wire transfer via banks.  Stripe is not available at this moment, but we give our best to implement them in near future.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you need to:

1.  On the checkout page, select Bank Transfer as your payment method.

2. In the Bank Transfer Information section, you will see our bank account information you need to transfer your payment.

3. Please screenshot the section containing your Bank Transfer Information.

4. Go to your online banking or ATM to transfer your payment.

5. Please remember to include your Order Number as the payment reference. Please send us a screenshot via Facebook message or email to shopsg@stylebeep.com with your payment receipt after your transfer is completed.

6.We will proceed to send out the items within 3 working days once the payment has received. If you do not receive any reply from us within 7 days. Please contact us via shopsg@stylebeep.com or drop us a message at our Facebook page. (https://www.facebook.com/stylebeep). Thanks!

Please do not transfer payment directly to suppliers. Only transactions made on StyleBeep SG using our service are eligible for Buyer Protection.

When placing your order, select PayPal to pay with and you will be directed to a PayPal secure payment page. Then simply follow these 3 steps below:

1.  Select your PayPal account or  enter the credit card you want to use, enter the required details on the fields and click “Pay”.

2. StyleBeep SG has received your payment

3. After you successfully made the purchase, click “Back To Order Details” to see the details about the payment.

Please note that once your payment has been approved, your money will be held securely in a StyleBeep bank account. Payment will only be released to the seller after you confirm satisfactory delivery.

DISPUTE

If you have a query relating to a specific product, please contact the seller by visiting the sellers store page. You can locate the sellers store from the product page or by searching for the seller in the Store Directory.

If you have a dispute regarding a product or service, please contact the seller first. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller, please get in touch and we will aim to assist. Please note we are a marketplace and only facilitate the sale of products and services. Your contract is directly with the seller, but we will assist you in resolving any dispute. Please use the form below to contact us. Please read our terms and conditions relating the resolving of disputes between buyer and seller.

All transactions on StyleBeep SG are made directly between the buyer and us. StyleBeep SG is the main receiver of all transactions made on the Site.

Orders placed with a credit or debit card via theStyleBeep SG checkout can be raised directly withStyleBeep SG if an amicable resolution cannot be reached between you and your seller at first. Forward your purchase confirmation email to shopsg@forstepstyle.com with details of the issue and we’ll take the case from there. Please note that costumers have a right to ask for refund 14 days after receiving the item.

All sellers on StyleBeep SG are verified by our team. What does it mean for you? This means that all information provided on the Site (shop business address, location, social media channels, phone number etc.) are real and genuine, so you can use them whenever you want to get in touch with them (transaction account not included). However, we cannot 100% guarantee you that everything listed on our marketplace is fully original, non-counterfeit, or in any way damaged before it’s shipped.

We are based in the Singapore. However, our marketplace is open to sellers and buyers in both Singapore and Malaysia as well.

StyleBeep is an online fashion e commerce marketplace that provides business-to-consumer sales services via web portal. StyleBeep is B2C e commerce platform which allows professional fashion and beauty companies (boutiques, multi-branded stores, beauty and cosmetic shops, online fashion stores, online beauty and cosmetic stores etc.) to sell products directly to consumer from Worldwide.

All transactions on StyleBeep SG are made directly between the buyer and us. StyleBeep SG is the main receiver of all transactions made on the Site.

Do not worry if you cannot find your invoice. It can happen to anybody. Actually, you have 2 (two) ways to find out your invoice from us:

1. Log in to your email account (the one you have been registered your StyleBeep SG account) and find the email from us.  Please check your Spam/Junk folder in case it send it to your Junk Mail.  Find the email which says that your order is completed. In the searching field, try out using keywords like @stylebeep.com, invoice, example of the product and you will find it. OR

2.Go to your StyleBeep SG account – navigate to orders and search your order history. Here, you can find your purchase details.
