Shipping Policy
We provide free shipping to over 150 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, contact us. You can do so by writing us through any of our social media platforms, such as Facebook messenger, Instagram.
Always take into consideration that the order processing time is 1-2 days, After payment is cleared. This means your order will take, for example: {processing time: 1-2 days} + {Shipping time 7-10 days} = 8-12 days.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You can request a refund for faulty products.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days not including 2-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors out of our control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of BCHR Apparel (i.e. not cleared by customs).
