Public Holiday, customs, and seasonal factors may cause delays that result in orders arriving later than 30 days after processing. We cannot be responsible for delays.

StyleBeep sincerely hope that every purchases will meet or exceed customer expectations. However, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with an order. If your item is damaged , you may return it in its original condition for a refund (minus and shipping) within 45 days of your order being shipped from the vendor.

To return an item to vendor, please follow these simple steps to assure quick processing and to receive full credit, less shipping, for the item you are returning.

1) Email StyleBeep at or leave a Facebook message in our Official Facebook page and include: your order number, the name of the item, date purchased, and your name and address. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.

2) A customer service representative will respond to your email with specific return instructions and will issue you a support ticket number. You will receive the support ticket number within approximately 48 to 72 hours. Please write the support ticket number on the packing slip inside your package and on the outside of your package. Please note that we cannot process returns without an support ticket number.

3) Return the unused item with all of its original packaging, and ship it back to us. We recommend that you ship the item insured as we cannot offer refunds for packages that become lost en route.
Once your return is received you will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within seven days.

All unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Please note that items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
