- REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
- USER CONTENT POSTED ON THE APP
You own all of the content and information you post on STYLEBEEP. In addition, for content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with STYLEBEEP (“IP License”). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account.
- PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the STYLEBEEP App and or its services to transmit any content which:
3.1 harasses, threatens, embarrasses or causes distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon any other
3.2 includes sexually explicit images or other content which is offensive or harmful to minors,
3.3 includes any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful
material, including but not limited to material based on a person’s race, national origin, ethnicity, religion,
gender, sexual orientation, disablement or other such affiliation,
3.4 impersonates any person or the appearance or voice of any person,
3.5 utilizes a false name or identity or a name or identity that you are not entitled or authorized to use,
3.6 contains any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation,
3.7 contravenes any application law or government regulation,
3.8 violates any operating rule, regulation, procedure, policy or guideline of STYLEBEEP as published on the
3.9 may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright,
trade secret, patent, publicity right, or privacy right, or
3.10 distributes software or other Content in violation of any license agreement.
- VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including, without limitation, any or all of the following:
– Listing deletion
– Limits placed on Account privileges
– Account suspension and subsequent termination
– Criminal charges
– Civil actions, including without limitation a claim for damages and/or interim or injunctive relief

- USE OF CONTENT ON EXTERNAL SITES
You understand that if you use a STYLEBEEP photo on an external web App, then the photo must link back to its look detail page on STYLEBEEP.
- PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
6.1 StyleBeep supports one or more of the following payment methods in each country it operates in:
(i) Credit Card
Card payments are processed through third-party payment channels and the type of credit cards accepted by these payment channels may vary depending on the jurisdiction you are in.
(ii) Bank Transfer
Buyer may make payments through an Automated Teller Machine or internet bank transfer (“Bank Transfer”) to our designated StyleBeep Bank Account. Buyer must provide StyleBeep with the transfer receipt or payment transaction reference for verification purposes through the ‘Upload Receipt’ function found in StyleBeep app as payment confirmation. If payment confirmation is not received by StyleBeep within three (3) days, Buyer’s order will be cancelled.
6.2 Buyer may only change their preferred mode of payment for their purchase prior to making payment.
6.3 All transactions are done through escrow payment method and are supported by our payment gateway. When you make a payment it is initially put on hold with the payment payment. To protect buyers, the payment will only be released to the seller upon delivery and item acceptance by the buyer within three days. If we did not hear from buyer within 3 days on any claim request, StyleBeep will release the payment to the seller.
6.4 StyleBeep takes no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to Buyer arising from shipping information and/or payment information entered by Buyer or wrong remittance by Buyer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether Buyer is duly authorised to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorisation is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.
6.5 At the moment, StyleBeep is only able to make payment to Seller/Buyer via bank transfer. Hence, Users are required to provide StyleBeep with his/her banking details in order to receive payments i.e. from the sale of item or refund from StyleBeep.
- STYLEBEEP WALLET
7.1 StyleBeep Wallet is a service provided by StyleBeep to facilitate the storage of money you receive from your sales proceeds and refunds for purchases made via bank transfer, cash payment or your StyleBeep Wallet. The sum of this money, minus any withdrawals, will be reflected as your StyleBeep Wallet balance.
7.2 You may transfer funds from your StyleBeep Wallet (up to the amount of your StyleBeep Wallet balance) to your linked bank account (“Linked Account”) by submitting a transfer request (“Withdrawal Request”) a maximum of once per day.. StyleBeep shall only process such transfers on business days and such transfers may take up to two business days to be credited to your Linked Account.
7.3 Money from your sale of items on StyleBeep shall be credited to your StyleBeep Wallet within one (1) day after the item is delivered to Buyer or immediately after Buyer has acknowledged that they have received the item. Money from refunds of items on StyleBeep shall be credited to your StyleBeep Wallet within one (1) day of the return or refund request being approved.
- STYLEBEEP CREDIT
8.1 Users may earn StyleBeep Credit by referring a friend to join StyleBeep or purchase any items from StyleBeep. 1 StyleBeep Credit = RM0.01. Generally, StyleBeep Credit will be credited to a User’s Account upon the completion of a successful transaction or activity approved by StyleBeep.
8.2 From time to time, we may tell you that bonus StyleBeep Credit will be awarded for particular Eligible Activities. This may include but is not limited to purchases you make at participating Sellers or pursuant to specific promotional offers. We will notify you of the terms of such bonus awards if any from time to time.
8.3 StyleBeep Credit can be used in any purchase in StyleBeep App.
8.4 If you have a dispute in relation to the number of StyleBeep Credit which you have been awarded in respect of an Eligible Activity, such a dispute must be made within one (1) month from the date of the Eligible Activity. We may require you to provide evidence to support your claim.
8.5 StyleBeep reserves the right to (i) discontinue the StyleBeep Credit Reward System at any time at its sole discretion and (ii) cancel or suspend a User’s right to participate in StyleBeep Credit Reward System, including the ability to earn and redeem StyleBeep Credit at its sole discretion.
9.1 StyleBeep will inform Seller when StyleBeep receives payment from Buyer. Unless otherwise agreed with StyleBeep, StyleBeep should then make the necessary arrangements to have the purchased item delivered to Buyer and provide details such as the name of the delivery company, the tracking number, etc. to Buyer through the App.
9.2 Sellers are responsible for delivering items as advertised to buyers. This includes ensuring the following:
- Order is marked as dispatched within 72 hours of its acceptance, or the order will automatically be cancelled
- Item is dispatched using the buyer’s chosen method and courier company
- Item is shipped to address provided by the buyer for the specific order
- Item is shipped securely and not at risk of damage
- Delivery is compliant with courier company’s guidelines
- Tracking number entered, if applicable, is accurate
9.3 At the moment, shipping is restricted to addresses in Malaysia only.
- In the event that a tracked delivery fails to reach the buyer, the seller would be required to provide valid proof of delivery for Carousell to verify that the item was dispatched to the address provided by the buyer for the specific order.
- In cases of untracked delivery, buyers bear the risk of any lost deliveries.
10 CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND
10.1 Buyer may only cancel his/her order prior to the payment of Buyer’s Purchase into StyleBeep Bank Account.
10.2 StyleBeep reserves the right to cancel any transaction on the App and Buyer agrees that Buyer’s sole remedy will be to receive a refund of the Buyer’s Purchase Monies paid into StyleBeep Bank Account.
10.3 If you have redeemed StyleBeep for your transaction and you are successful in obtaining a refund based on StyleBeep Refunds and Return Policy, StyleBeep shall refund the monies you have actually paid for the item and credit back any redeemed StyleBeep to your Account separately.
11 NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
STYLEBEEP PROVIDES THE APP AND SERVICES “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. STYLEBEEP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INFORMATION ACCURACY, INTEGRATION, INTEROPERABILITY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.
You understand and agree that you use the App and Services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STYLEBEEP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BY NEGLIGENCE), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO USE, MISUSE, RELIANCE ON, INABILITY TO USE AND INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE APP OR SERVICES, DAMAGES INCURRED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE APP AND THE NONPERFORMANCE THEREOF AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, SALES, DATA, GOODWILL OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT STYLEBEEP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. YOUR ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS APP OR SERVICES OR WITH STYLEBEEP SHALL BE TO TERMINATE USE OF THIS APP AND SERVICES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
STYLEBEEP, in its sole discretion, may terminate your membership and remove and discard any information associated with the membership with or without notice. STYLEBEEP will not be liable to you for termination of your membership to the Service.
STYLEBEEP, in its sole discretion, may delete any of the content posted to the App and remove and discard any information associated with the content with or without notice. STYLEBEEP will not be liable to you for deletion of the images.
STYLEBEEP reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that STYLEBEEP shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
STYLEBEEP Terms of Service as noted above may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular STYLEBEEP owned or operated services, you and STYLEBEEP shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time.
